• Booking details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, chosen services, appointment time and any notes.
• Reviews you choose to submit, including the display name you provide.
• Questions typed into the website assistant. These are used to answer you and are not linked to your identity.
• Basic technical information needed to protect the site from abuse (for example, a one-way hash of your IP address for rate limiting).

How we use it

• To manage your appointment and send booking, reminder, change and cancellation emails.
• To keep a record of your visits and services so we can look after you on return visits.
• To meet our legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Who processes it

We use trusted service providers to run the site: hosting (Vercel), our database and file storage (Supabase), transactional email (Resend) and, if connected, the studio's Google Calendar. They process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and visit records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
